Since you can't reproduce, I guess that's the logical choice.

I can't reproduce on sid with the same package version on xfce4. At most
the liferea window does not appear from when you start it up, but it is
visible and accessible from notification area from the first attempt to run.

Dear Maintainer,

* offline-reading RSS-feeds is OK for me, liferea is the application of choice
* On the XFCE-desktop, it needs to be invoked twice from the applications-menu
in
order to start up, at first try not much happens
* from the terminal it will not start at all:
andrew@s5:~$ liferea

** (liferea:6052): WARNING **: Couldn't register with accessibility bus: Did not
receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a
reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout
expired,
or the network connection was broken.

Possibly I have a messed up installation of Testing on my computer, it has been
running
for a few months and it is updated daily, possibly I need to reinstall it ...
('extract here') from the context-menu is not workable either anymore)
But the situation with liferea changed already, when I retried this now.
So system-reinstallation is not very urgent yet, as it seems.
Should I close the bug then ?
