The bug is marked as found in 2.11.0-1, and fixed in 2.11.1-1. All of that is unrelated to propogation from sid. Having said that, you'll notice that https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=750485 shows (top right corner) that the bug is fixed in sid, and present in testing at this time.
