Just a quick note to confirm that #752170 and #752375 are really different issue.
#752170 is about the "-b BRANCH-NAME" at the end of the VCS field not working. #752375 is about the default branch (without "-b BRANCH-NAME" in the VCS fields) not being used, and vcswatch trying only branches named "debian" and "master". Also, FYI, for #752375, you can have a look at python-ceilometerclient, or more in general, in the [email protected] QA page which is full of false-positive errors.
