Sorry, but I have absolutely no experience programming in python or with wxwidgets (whose python binding I see that you use). This may very likely be a bug in wxwidgets or wxgtk, or even maybe in wxpython. Btw, I've noticed a small graphics glitch when running bittornado with bigger fonts: http://eulex.0nyx.com/bittornado-jumbled.png
