package: util-linux version: 2.20.1-5.8 under Jessie 20140618
I inserted a usb memory stick containing jessie testing 20140618. I gave the command: /sbin/fdisk -l /dev/sdb the result showed that the device had a partition Id 17 System Hidden HPFS/NTFS . I would prefer that it tell me that: the the device is not partitioned, and has an image which might conform to iso9660. I obtained similar results with the Jessie DVD/RW in the DVD drive. Thank you very much for supplying the fdisk command, please modify it to recognise iso9660 an image on a device.
