I think the right way should be to simply reassign the bug to the appropriate package, but sincerely I don't know which one should be! :) Moreover the bug actually should be closed when a build of knights with working libs is uploaded, so I think it should be considered as a knights bug. (I think I'm the first maintainer who tries to keep a RC-bug instead of reassigning it to another package or closing it :) By the way a recompiled/renamed version of libarts has been uploaded so it should be a matter of days before everything will work again.
