Thanks for your suggestion...

I test but really the speed after resume is more faster... System only
frezze for few 30 or 40 seconds after desktop appear...
But I have been trying to use wicd with gnome but I cannot configure wifi
for this laptop and the sound notifications too...

I need  wifi connection too...
