I suspect there are multiple failure modes here. Two I have seen: 1. Progress bar stalls with bottom bar displaying network error, as described earlier.
2. Posting immediately fails. Retrying also fails. Moving to a very fast and good network and retrying then also fails. In this case I had to completely restart pumpa for it to be able to post. -- see shy jo
