Hi Dejan, thanks for your feedback and testing! That means that hardcoding gcc-4.8 for mips* would temporarily resolve the issue although I would prefer a "real" fix of course. I still don't understand why only mips* is affected by the changes in gcc. If you find out more details, please let me know, then we could clone this bug report into another one for gcc.
