Package: gdm Version: 2.8.0.6-1 Severity: normal Tags: patch Hello, =-==-=
This version of GDM was compiled without the XDMCP support. As there was no mention of omitting it deliberately in the documentation or changelogs, I assume it was accidentally left out. The bug can be easily corrected by adding the switch --with-xdmcp=yes to the configure call in debian/rules file and recompiling.
