The man page contains all the relevant information, so the "bug" would in that case be that it's too verbose and contains too much information that are not really all that useful to an average user. Or maybe that it contains the right information but it would be restructured to be easier to read. If you really want to make a difference here, please clone the upstream git repository and do an attempt at rewording/restructuring the relevant chapter in the manpage and submit your changes to the upstream mailing list would be the best way.
