Package: dpkg
Version: 1.17.10
Severity: normal

Hello,

I am not sure dpkg-buildpackage should fail with an error when dealing with
duplicate arguments.

For example:
dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc -B -B -rfakeroot
dpkg-buildpackage: cannot combine -B and -B

It should be ignored or display a warning about the duplicate arg.

Thanks,
Sylvestre
