We have both the source package and the binary rtl-sdr package in "libs" section, while they clearly aren't. Couldn't the source be changed to comm (or hamradio?) and rtl-sdr at least to misc? (if comm or hamradio don't fit) It will also be necessary to request the packages to be moved to the new section after this is fixed.
