Indeed, I still couldn't find the path of the quarantine folder.
I think adding this to the README, which is much more verbose than the
man page, is the best solution.
Note for curious users: the Quarantine folder is hidden in
the '~/.clamtk/viruses' directory, which contains the suspect
files (apparently uncompressed). For example, if you ran 'clamtk'
as root, the Quarantine folder would be '/root/.clamtk/viruses'.

I added this path to 8.a. of the README, so that it reads:
a. Quarantine this file: This drops the selected file into the
"quarantined" folder ~/.clamtk/viruses.
