the upstreams initscript does also look for other files on other
distributions. on debian, /etc/sysconfig/lxc is not used (it's a
redhat-ism) and there's no harm in it since the initscript will ignore
it if it doesn't exist.

we could patch it out on debian but i don't think this is reasonable to
carry on as a diff forever just for the cosmetical point of not seeing
it in the code.

i added an initscript when upstream didn't had one. my initscript was
using /etc/default/lxc, but that file isn't shipped anymore since
january (it was in lxc-stuff at that time).

since lxc in wheezy shipped a /etc/default/lxc, let's remove the file in
preinst.
