Just to clarify, there are two messages which are sent. I've attached samples below.
One of the the mails is to the bug submitter. The other message is a normal control-bot ack, sent to the person who requested that a submitter address be changed. Only the control-bot ack message reports both the new and old address, which I believe is Branden's complaint. I tested this on #201034. The first message: The submitter address recorded for your Bug report #201034: mtools: mdel manpage corrupt? has been changed. The new submitter address for this report is [EMAIL PROTECTED] This change was made by Justin Pryzby <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. If it was incorrect, please contact them directly. Debian bug tracking system administrator (administrator, Debian Bugs database) The second message: Processing commands for [EMAIL PROTECTED]: > submitter 201034 [EMAIL PROTECTED] Bug#201034: mtools: mdel manpage corrupt? Changed Bug submitter from Justin Pryzby <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> to [EMAIL PROTECTED] > thanks Stopping processing here. Please contact me if you need assistance.
