I'd try deleting you evolution profile first, this is non-trivial and you should: ***** backup these files first ****** before anything else. * how to kill a evolution profile Logout kill any left over processes that may be still running as you. Delete these eg rm -r ~/.evolution rm -r ~/.gnome2_private/Evolution rm -r ~/.gconf/apps/evolution After that try it again, and we can debug further. * If thats not acceptable create a test user and use that as a base line. This is not a grave bug until we can confirm that it's not a issue with the profile.
