Package: ghdl Version: 0.20-1
When trying to elaborate the "hello world" example in the manual (section 2.1) the following occurs: $ ghdl -e hello_world /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lz collect2: ld returned 1 exit status /usr/lib/ghdl/bin/ghdl: compilation error The fix was simply to install the zlib1g-dev package.
