Builds of rsbackup explicitly covering only architecture-dependent
binary packages (as on the autobuilders) have been failing:
dpkg-genchanges: error: binary build with no binary artifacts found; cannot
distribute
The problem appears to be that the dependency on binary-${PACKAGE}
wrongly comes from binary-indep rather than binary-arch. Could you
please take a look?
