Package: tinc
Version: 1.0.24-2.1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

Since liblzo2-2 version 2.08-1 tinc fails to start on armel with the
error message "Error initializing LZO compressor!". 100%
reproducable. Re-installation of tinc and liblzo2-2 version 2.08-1
doesn't help.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Installation + pinning the old liblzo2-2 version 2.06-1.2 serves as a
workaround so far.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

With liblzo2-2 2.06-1.2 tinc successfully starts.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

tinc should work with the recent version of liblzo2-2, which currently
is 2.08-1.

Regards,
Marc
