aegisub's upstream makes use of C++'s std::future since some releases. This is a C++ feature, which is currently not supported on armel (see #727621). Since most armel devices are old embedded devices with small screens and probably not suited to be used with aegisub, I think removing the aegisub's armel build is the best option for now. This will also help with the libass transition, which is currently blocked by aegisub (see #752999).
