Package: enigmail
Version: 2:1.6-4~deb7u1
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
After yesterday's stable icedove security update, draft unencrypted
emails are saved encrypted, ignoring default behavior.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Entering pass phrase works, but should be unnecessary for unencrypted
emails. Attempted to force unencypted has no effect (ctl-shift-E).
* What was the outcome of this action?
Unencrypted emails, saved encrypted, then edited with pass phrase, are
correctly sent unencrypted.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
The old behavior; compose, save draft, edit, send email all without
entering pass phrase for unencrypted emails.
Thanks.
