Due to the bug #711383, I refrain from uploading TeXmacs 
to unstable/testing/jessie yet.
Further, it is true that TeXmacs doesn't work with guile-2.0.
So I don't know what I can do at present.

If guile-2.0 is necessary then there is no room I can do.
Even if guile-1.8 is permissible, I don't know how to overcome 
#711383 yet so it looks there is no choice I can select.
