--enable-builtin-mjpg works!

A simple unvarnished
  guvcview
seems to work, so maybe libavcodec is the basic problem.

I can save video but as before both mplayer and vlc have problems 
displaying it. Maybe they are also using libavcodec and hitting a bug.

Anyway, here is the console o/p from a successful run:

I assume that the above ALSA messages are just warnings although I a not
sure I have had successful sound yet (on video). I suppose that I should check
that. Alsa sound is working fine on sound files.

But anyway, some real progress...
