Package: command-not-found
Version: 0.2.38-1
Followup-For: Bug #721323

The lacking privileges are still misspelled as privil edges:

roman@wee:~$ ifconfig
Command 'ifconfig' is available in '/sbin/ifconfig'
The command could not be located because '/sbin' is not included in the PATH
environment variable.
This is most likely caused by the lack of administrative priviledges associated
with your user account.
ifconfig: command not found

Can you walk me thru the commands to get something trivial as this wikily
patched upstream and in Debian 7.7 stable?
