The source for the version of boot-floppies released with woody belongs somewhere, but 'unstable' is not that place. It should be put in its own place on ftp.debian.org, and when woody is moved to archive.debian.org it should be moved with it. Otherwise boot-floppies will be in unstable *forever*, quite literally. Barring a better location, I suggest a 'boot-floppies' subdirectory under ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/woody. A small README can be included which says: "This is the source code for the version of boot-floppies used to make the installation disks for woody."
