I'm avoiding libapt-pkg-perl because I like to be able to use
madison-lite without having to worry about dependencies, but it happens
that I had a pure-Perl implementation kicking around anyway, which seems
to be fast enough. Fixed.

for months, but I forgot to upload it.

Differences between madison and madison-lite generally continue to be
bugs. :-)
