Since uuid-runtime isn't a dependency to start with, a versioned Conflicts might be more appropriate. [...] We mainly need uuidd to *not* be running, as otherwise usermod will fail. Apparently you wheren't running uuidd (which is also indicated by your other bug report where you said you have a clock.txt), so nothing failed.
