Since uuid-runtime isn't a dependency to start with, a versioned
Conflicts might be more appropriate. But before making apts
life harder and upgrade paths more complicated it would probably
be a good idea to hear from someone who actually runs into an
issue with this.

We mainly need uuidd to *not* be running, as otherwise usermod will fail.
Apparently you wheren't running uuidd (which is also indicated by your
other bug report where you said you have a clock.txt), so nothing failed.
