Thanks for pointing this out.

Since the build/manpage is different on each architecture, we need to
build the manpage at build time. However, libusb (and thus cgminer)
requires usb devices to be mounted, which the builds don't have. When
I build on my own machine, it's fine since I have usb devices.

A fix similar to this should work:
