Package: libapache2-mod-auth-openidc Version: 1.5.5-1 Severity: serious Usertags: goto-cc
During a rebuild of all Debian packages in a clean sid chroot (using cowbuilder and pbuilder) the build failed with the following error. [...] configure:2067: $PKG_CONFIG --exists --print-errors "openssl" Package openssl was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `openssl.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable No package 'openssl' found configure:2070: $? = 1 configure:2084: $PKG_CONFIG --exists --print-errors "openssl" Package openssl was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `openssl.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable No package 'openssl' found configure:2087: $? = 1 configure:2101: result: no No package 'openssl' found configure:2117: error: Package requirements (openssl) were not met: No package 'openssl' found Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you installed software in a non-standard prefix. Alternatively, you may set the environment variables OPENSSL_CFLAGS and OPENSSL_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config. See the pkg-config man page for more details. [...] configure: exit 1 dh_auto_configure: ./configure --build=x86_64-linux-gnu --prefix=/usr --includedir=${prefix}/include --mandir=${prefix}/share/man --infodir=${prefix}/share/info --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var --libexecdir=${prefix}/lib/libapache2-mod-auth-openidc --disable-maintainer-mode --disable-dependency-tracking returned exit code 1 debian/rules:13: recipe for target 'build' failed make: *** [build] Error 25 The full build log is attached; please do let me know if the problem is unreproducible, in which case I shall try to investigate further. The missing file, however, is included in libssl-dev (only), which is not among the build dependencies. Best, Michael
