I think these errors are false positives. There is a list of paths searched for fglrx_dri.so and reporting the ones that don't contain it as an error is just stupid ... The next path in the list is /usr/lib/dri and the file is symlinked there. (You could try to move the symlink away from there and should see more errors and maybe a final one if the library could not be found ultimately.)
