No, bbswitch-dkms does not and should not depend on bbswitch-source; the latter is just for module-assistant users. If you rely on dkms to track and build out-of-tree kernel modules, bbswitch-dkms is sufficient. My advice would be to ensure that you have the corresponding kernel headers for your kernel installed, and to file a bug against dkms if for some reason it's not pulling in the right header packages. If this bug is about something else (e.g. the bbswitch module not compiling against a debian kernel), please attach your dkms build logs.
