I booted with debug, and checked the journal. Here's all that
was logged about docker on boot:

Oct 19 00:45:16 darkstar systemd-sysv-generator[152]: Ignoring K01docker
symlink in rc1.d, not generating docker.service.
Oct 19 00:45:16 darkstar systemd-sysv-generator[152]: Ignoring S19docker
symlink in rc2.d, not generating docker.service.
Oct 19 00:45:16 darkstar systemd-sysv-generator[152]: Ignoring S19docker
symlink in rc3.d, not generating docker.service.
Oct 19 00:45:16 darkstar systemd-sysv-generator[152]: Ignoring S19docker
symlink in rc4.d, not generating docker.service.
Oct 19 00:45:16 darkstar systemd-sysv-generator[152]: Ignoring S19docker
symlink in rc5.d, not generating docker.service.
Oct 19 00:45:16 darkstar systemd-sysv-generator[152]: Ignoring K01docker
symlink in rc0.d, not generating docker.service.
Oct 19 00:45:16 darkstar systemd-sysv-generator[152]: Ignoring K01docker
symlink in rc6.d, not generating docker.service.

Double-checked I have nothing related to docker under /etc/systemd,
so I don't know why systemd is not starting the service on boot.
