Package: gnome-tweak-tool Version: 3.14.0-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation? I tried to set Global Dark Theme * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Opened Gnome tweak tool -> Appearance -> Switch ON Global Dark Theme * What was the outcome of this action? "Error writing setting" message at the bottom. Also, the dark theme is not set * What outcome did you expect instead? Global dark theme should be enabled all over GNOME (probably after re-login) * Work around to enable this create gtk-3.0 dir in ~/.config and create a file settings.ini in it. $ cd ~/.config && mkdir gtk-3.0 && touch gtk-3.0/settings.ini -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing-updates APT policy: (500, 'testing-updates'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.16-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_IN, LC_CTYPE=en_IN (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages gnome-tweak-tool depends on: ii gir1.2-gnomedesktop-3.0 3.14.0-1 ii gir1.2-gtk-3.0 3.14.1-1 ii gir1.2-notify-0.7 0.7.6-2 ii gnome-shell-common 3.14.0-1 ii gsettings-desktop-schemas 3.14.0-1 ii python 2.7.8-1 ii python-gi 3.14.0-1 gnome-tweak-tool recommends no packages. gnome-tweak-tool suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
