Package: apt Version: 0.6.43 Severity: wishlist When using apt-key add, the help and manpage tell to provide a public key from a file without rendering any information how to use gpg to extract it from the keyserver. As the key-id is available from apt-get anyway, permitting the user to ask apt-key to retrieve this key from a nearby keyserver directly and prompting with fingerprint to add this would be much more convenient.
