Hi The code to fix this was broken (767437 wine: wine script broken, missing "test") and fixed in 1.6.2-15. The fix applied here in #764641 assigns different wine prefixes $HOME/.wine and $HOME/.wine64 depending on WINEARCH. To use the /same/ wine prefix for 32-bit and 64 bit you need WoW64.
