Package: libotr5
Version: 4.0.0-3+b1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

The latest update to the pidgin-otr plugin in debian/testing effectively broke
the pidgin application because libotr5 did not get updated at the same time.
Now, the two are incompatible, and pidgin reports the following error when
launched: Expected libotr API version 4.1.0 incompatible with actual version
4.0.0. Aborting.
