The debdiff you attached would be fine in principle, but unfortunately the
version in Jessie is 14.1-2, not 15.2-1. With

 271 files changed, 52206 insertions(+), 33080 deletions(-)

I'd rather have a targetted fix for the documentation bug through tpu
please. Downgrading the bug is also an option, though I feel slightly
uncomfortable shipping a package with a license inaccuracy.
