Package: gtkorphan Version: 0.3.0-1 This is a list of "dirty" things i find in this app (which is great, by the way):
#1. When selecting all the packages in the "Orphaned packages" list and removig them (by clicking "OK"), when it finishes removing it shows a message "no orphan packages" (which, btw, overlaps the deletion progress window and steays frozen until the overlapped window is clicked OK), This is useless. If 'I' have selected to remove all packages, it is obvious that no orphan packages will be left! :-) #2. When the orphaned packages list is empty, I may click the OK button (instead of Cancel) to quit the application. If I do so, again, the "no prphaned libreries" window will popup just before exiting. #3. Not exactly a bug, but non-consistency rather: When no packages are listed, if i go to options and change somthing, since the list is disabled but no items are listed, the box just goes entirely gray. #4. When starting, if no orphan pakcages exist also, the damn popup will appear. this one is not a bug, but its disgusting. Since I'm starting the app I am just about to see the list empty. No need for a popup to tell me. Oh, well, I just hate popups. *In my opinion, it would be MUCH better if instead of a popup, it was just a big bold "No orphaned packages" (or whatever would be shown in the popup) entry in the list. This would fix the three bugs above and the horrible #4 suggestion "all-in-one". And hopefully remove non-necessary popups from the app :) Appart from thanks a lot!
