Hi,
zutils has an invalid Built-Using field on architectures where the libc
headers are not in libc6-dev[1]:

Architecture: kfreebsd-amd64

Built-Using: glibc (= )
This is a result of libc-dev being libc0.1-dev_2.19-12 on kfreebsd and
thus
$$(dpkg-query --show --showformat='$${source:Version}' libc6-dev)
in d/rules expanding to the empty string.
