reassign 769511 ifupdown

IMHO, known about this for a long time.

netscript provides interface configuration, and ifupdown has to be
removed as it really gets in the road with systemd (it configures the
interface netscript.serve? has already configured...

The ifupdown package leaves a lot to be desired here, its actually the
cause of the dependency loop.

As it is essential, and because of version number dependencies, you
can't use Provides: ifupdown...

To break the loop use:

dpkg --remove --force-depends ifupdown.

Also mask all the ifupdone/network related services in systemd!

See /usr/share/doc/netscript-2.4/README.Debian

Matt Grant
