Hi Florian,

as Diane already mentioned, there are a few things strange with your
system.

I tried to reproduce the issue and installed KDE on wheezy, added
passwords in kwallet (I did not use wifi passwords but a web
formular).

After that, I upgraded the system to jessie.  AFAICS kwallet still
works and I can contact the web site with my credential stored, as
well as I can see the data I added manually to the kwallet store.

Especially the version you upgraded from (4.11.3-1)  should not
happen to live in wheezy, perhaps you can provide further
information. So far this is not reproducible here.

For the time being, I downgrade this bug and mark it moreinfo.
