Package: dovecot-core Version: 1:2.2.13-6 Severity: important Dear maintainer of dovecot!
I just installed dovecot-imapd from jessie on my server. Debconf forgot to create a server key and certificate. But /etc/dovecot/conf.d/10-ssl.conf includes them. So /etc/init.d/dovecot start fails and dpkg reports that it was not able to install dovecot correctly. After creating key and cert everything is fine. I propose either leave on localhost with disabled 10-ssl.conf or create some Pem-Files that work out of the box. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.17-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
