Severity: normal
Tags: upstream

Search in less doesn't work when line doesn't fit at screen. For example, I
create file via "echo {0..999} > /tmp/a".
Then I type "less /tmp/a" and make my terminal window so small that the line
doesn't fit at terminal window. Then I
type "/99<Enter>". less successfully finds first few 99's, but then I type "n",
"n", "n", "n", etc and less doesn't scroll
to more 99's, which are at the next screen.

The bug is present in 444 and also reproducible in 470 beta.
