Using the 'Desktop Preferences' menu, individual wallpapers can be configured 
for every monitor.
The wallpaper can also be changed by the argument "--set-wallpaper=FILE", but 
this is limited to the primary monitor only.
Please provide a way to configure wallpapers for all monitors on the command 
line.
