Sorry for the late answer...

I've cloned the repository and rebuilt the package with no issues.


  git clone http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/djmount.git
  cd djmount && git-buildpackage -us -uc


If you take a look to the 'override_dh_auto_configure' [0] stage used to build 
the Debian package
you will notice it's using --with-external-libupnp and --with-external-talloc 
options to use
external libraries instead of upstream's provided.

Please, try to build the package using those options and report the result.

I guess this issue is a false positive.
