Dear Maintainer,

I've seen the patch for adding a menu entry for AB-Transfers. Thanks a lot
for that (thanks to Tobias Scherer, too).

I suggest to also add an icon by using the following content for
/usr/share/applications/abtransfers.desktop:

[Desktop Entry]
Name=AB-Transfers
Categories=Office
Exec=abtransfers
Terminal=false
Type=Application
Icon=/usr/share/abtransfers/bank_transfer_128x128.png
GenericName[de]=Banküberweisung

This requires to add the file images/bank_transfer_128x128.png from the
source directory to /usr/share/abtransfers/bank_transfer_128x128.png.
I also changed the Name to match the name in the program's title bar.
Additionally, I added a German translation for the generic name.

Kind regards
Patrick
