I am having this same problem on Debian jessie with kernel 3.16.0-4-686-pae.
About 50% of the time when I turn on my computer, I get the message and my
Bluetooth doesn't work. However, it doesn't happen every time. Sometimes my
Bluetooth works perfectly for no reason at all.
