   * What led up to the situation?

Hi, I was used to mount external 4To HDD USB 3.0 HDD but since kernel
3.2.63-2+deb7u2 I'm facing trouble with Version 7.7 (wheezy) 64 bits.

I use a dell laptop with a buffalo expresscard usb3.0 (NEC chipset) and a dual
USB3.0 dock station.

I'm using this dock with two hdd, one of 1To and one of 4To. The first one
doesn't have any trouble and the kernel seem to manage it as it stay connected
and so truecrypt can access it and decrypt it's content for read/write access.

The 4To hdd is continuously disconnected by the kernel for some strange reason.

I checked my USB cables and flip the HDD into the dock station ports to exclude
an hardware problem.

I need privacy for my external HDD and so I use truecrypt7.1a with full
encryption of them. Truecrypt is not the reason of my problems because I
checked my syslog and discover that the kernel module seem to disconnect the
USB 3.0 devices and reconnect them randomly when they are bigger than 2 To.

Everytime the kernel disconnect the 4To hdd, I have to unmount it in truecrypt
and remount it to recover read/write access that's really anoying...

Moreover, I discover that if I use the HDD, for example I put on it a bluray
rip, if I read it with vlc and maintain activity on the HDD, the kernel doesn't
disconnect it wile the movie is playing.

This is a sample of my syslog outputs :
