Sorry for not responding to the last few comments. I'm really unlikely to do any more with this than I already have. What remains appears to be updating the debian packaging bits and making sure the patch set is still sane with the new version. Neither of those things are something I want to deal with. Given that I didn't notice it was bad to simply leave out AndroidConfig.h, I'm sure I would make a very bad quality update.
